* While I was living in FortLauderdale,Florida in 2006,Lynn and I talked on the phone and Lynn found a perfect town house for me in Charlotte,NC in a month.
But I had no chance to see it.
Meanwhile,one of my friend who also lived in Fortlauderdale,FL bought a town house from Lynn Millen,in Charlotte,NC and she was very happy to knowing her and working with her and she immediatly recommended her to me.
So,Lynn emailed me the all pictures and info about the town house where I was living in Florida and I really liked it and I also had a huge confident working with Lynn.
So,I decided to buy it before I went there and see the town house.I don't know how many people buy home without seeing it and with only trusting the realtor?
But we bought the house and me and my husband were so happy,when we moved in.
Because,me and my husband had to move to NC from Florida after we bought the house and we enjoyed every minute of it.
After 3 years,my husband got a job transfer again and we had to move back to Florida again.We gave our house to Lynn to sell it,even There was a huge economical crise especially with realtor business as foreclosures etc,she sold our home with %15 of profit in 3 months in 2009.It was like a miracle..
She also became a great friend and like a family member for me since I've meet her..
